Indus Integrated Bulk Logistics B.V., a specialist in systems for the storage, transport and discharge of big bags as well as the handling of bagged materials, will present its “Tunga” 25 kg bag emptying machine at Fakuma 2026. Designed for the automated opening and emptying of 25 kg bags, the system is intended to streamline bulk material handling and material supply processes in plastics processing. The “Tunga” automatically cuts open and empties sealed 25 kg bags, replacing a process step that is still often carried out manually in material preparation. The aim is to ensure a continuous flow of material while reducing manual handling requirements. According to the company, the machine is particularly suited to applications in which larger volumes of bagged material need to be transferred into downstream bulk material handling processes. Fakuma 2026 will mark the first trade fair presentation of the machine. Indus will also showcase its “Neva” big bag frame and “Neva” big bag emptying station. Together, the systems cover both the handling and discharge of big bags and the transfer of smaller bagged units into bulk material processes.
