Nonnenmann: Automation cell assembles "DryStation Krake" live

According to the company, the project was completed from initial idea to finished product within twelve weeks. It brings together automation, components, custom parts and process optimisation and forms the centrepiece of the company's trade fair presentation. Advert The automation range is aimed primarily at small and medium-sized injection moulding companies. It includes six-axis robots, singulation units, gripper systems, conveyor belts, safety equipment and camera technology, as well as CE conformity assessment. An automation configurator supports the planning of customised system concepts.
Nonnenmann is also presenting its custom manufacturing services for precision parts, mould bases and insulation plates, as well as metal 3D printing with subsequent finishing. Products for leak testing, flow measurement and mould cleaning will be on display for mould maintenance and process optimisation, alongside systems for rotating, turning over, opening and servicing moulds. The company's other exhibits include temperature control accessories such as couplings and hoses, ejectors, standard components and other equipment for injection moulding companies. Nonnenmann is an owner-managed trading company with its own manufacturing facilities and showroom. According to the company, it has more than 35 years of industry experience and supplies both standard components and custom parts manufactured to customers' drawings and design data.
