Surface coatings in the packaging industry
|
A Dutch SME has developed surface coatings for filling tubes of vertical packaging machines to avoid that the film sticks or freezes to the filling tube. These coatings can be applied to aluminium, stainless steel and plastic surfaces. The very low coefficient of friction results in an also very low wear of the materials.
