Chemtura Increases Prices for Polymer Additives Globally
|
Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CEM, www.chemtura.com) will increase the prices for all of its polymer additives products by up to $0.09/kg globally, effective July 1, 2008 or as contracts allow. This increase is necessary to offset the extraordinary escalations in distribution costs, particularly fuel and freight. This increase applies only to delivered prices and is supplemental to any previously announced price increase initiatives.
