Bahadir Innovation Thermoplast: Talat Bahadir new managing director – Strategic partnership with the Infinex Group

Bahadir Innovation Thermoplast, an active supplier of extruded thermoplastic sheets and rolls based in Kempten in Allgäu, Germany, has announced a successful generational change in its management and a strategic partnership with the Infinex Group, based in Haiterbach in the Black Forest.

As part of the generational change, Talat Bahadir has taken over the management of the company from his father, the previous managing director Özcan Bahadir. Özcan Bahadir is stepping down from the management team but will remain on board as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition.

Strategic partnership with the Infinex Group
The Infinex Group, specializing in the extrusion of plastic sheets and films as well as container linings, has taken an undisclosed financial stake in Bahadir Innovation Thermoplast and is contributing valuable resources, a global network and strategic support to the cooperation. “Together with the Infinex Group, we can expand our capacities, increase our innovative strength and offer sustainable solutions to our customers worldwide”, said Talat Bahadir. The company is therefore planning to set up a new site in Kempten by the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027.

The Infinex Group, for its part, sees the cooperation as a great opportunity to exploit synergies and open up new markets. “Bahadir Innovation Thermoplast is an ideal partner to realize our shared visions of quality, sustainability and innovation”, says Martin Hartl, CEO of Infinex Holding GmbH.
