BYK: New Brazilian subsidiary established
|
BYK-Chemie GmbH, based in Wesel, Germany, has established a new company in Brazil, BYK do Brasil, and appointed Carlos Roberto C. Duarte Coelho as its local managing director. The new company, based in São Paulo, will immediately take on local functions in the areas of marketing, sales and technical service and will act as a direct point of contact for customers in Brazil and beyond. According to the company, the economic momentum of the region – particularly in the areas of paints and coatings, plastics applications and cosmetics – is recognised as a key growth driver and is being specifically promoted.
