Under Josef Hochreiter’s leadership, the group expanded its international market position and further developed its technology portfolio. Hochreiter is now handing over management responsibility to Bernhard Bohusch and retiring. He thanked employees, partners, and customers for their cooperation and stated that the group is in a stable position for its continued development.

Bernhard Bohusch sees the strategic advancement of the technology portfolio and the use of new market opportunities as the main focus of his work. According to the company, a central element of the future direction is LSP technology, or Liquid-State Polycondensation Technology, which is expected to play an important role in further growth and technological development.

Together with the team, Bohusch aims to expand the group’s existing activities and strengthen the companies’ contribution to an efficient circular economy. The Next Generation Group traces its roots back to Next Generation Recycling Maschinen GmbH, founded in 1996, and today brings together several companies focused on recycling and materials technologies.
