The Supervisory Board of Röhm GmbH has appointed Goswin Uehlenbruck as Chief Financial Officer with effect from June 1, 2026. He succeeds Martin Krämer, who is leaving the company after more than six years as CFO and Labor Director. Uehlenbruck is already serving Röhm as Senior Vice President Controlling and as CFO for the Americas region. Since 2019, he has been responsible for the company’s global controlling and finance function. At the beginning of 2026, he additionally assumed the CFO role for the Americas region. The manager has 27 years of experience in the chemical industry and more than twelve years in international finance functions. Before joining Röhm, he held various senior management positions at Evonik Industries in Germany and abroad, including in the areas of Coatings Resins, Chlorsilanes, and Operations Management within the silicon business unit. Uehlenbruck studied mechanical engineering and business administration at RWTH Aachen University. With the internal succession, Röhm aims to ensure a seamless transition in financial leadership.
