Freudenberg Sealing: Dr. Alexander Rozmán appointed CEO

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies has appointed Dr. Alexander Rozmán as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective July 1, 2026. He succeeds Dr. Matthias Sckuhr, who has joined the Freudenberg Group's Management Board to lead the newly established Engineering, Data and Artificial Intelligence division.

Rozmán brings extensive leadership experience from within the Freudenberg Group. Most recently, he served as CEO of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies, where he was responsible for the company's strategic development with a focus on transformation and international expansion. Previously, he was a member of the Management Board of Freudenberg Performance Materials, overseeing strategy, strategic marketing and integration processes. Earlier in his career, he led the global sales organization of the Vibracoustic business group and headed the Industrial Services business at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies from 2015 to 2020.

With this leadership transition, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies aims to ensure continuity in its strategic direction while further strengthening its international market position. Kerstin Borrs will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while Gary VanWambeke remains Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
