Arterex: Acquisition of Eurostamp Expands Tooling and Mold-Making Capabilities in Europe

Arterex has completed the acquisition of Italy-based Eurostamp Srl, expanding its European capabilities in precision tooling and mold making for the medical technology industry. Through the acquisition, the global medical device development and contract manufacturing company strengthens its manufacturing footprint in Europe and adds further expertise in the development and production of injection molds.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Novi di Modena, Eurostamp specializes in the development, design, manufacture, and testing of injection molds. The company serves customers in the medical technology, packaging, and cosmetics sectors and has extensive experience across the entire lifecycle of injection molds. Founders Claudio Zenoni and Fausto Lugli will remain in their leadership roles and continue to manage the business.

By integrating Eurostamp, Arterex expands its existing European capabilities in product development, extrusion, injection molding, and medical device assembly with additional tooling expertise. Customers are expected to benefit from a broader integrated service offering, shorter tooling development timelines, and a stronger regional manufacturing base.

The acquisition also further broadens Arterex's global portfolio, which now includes tooling and mold making, extrusion, injection molding, metal fabrication, blow molding, compounding, and medical device assembly services. According to the company, Arterex continues to pursue a growth strategy focused on targeted acquisitions that expand both technological capabilities and its international presence.

Arterex operates 16 manufacturing facilities across four continents and employs more than 2,300 people worldwide. The company was formed through the combination of several specialized manufacturers, including Kabo, Formula Plastics, Luc & Bel, ModenPlast, NextPhase, Micromold, Phoenix, Adroit USA, Xponent Global, Synecco, and now Eurostamp.
