RJG: Niiko Rautiola appointed CEO

RJG has appointed Niiko Rautiola as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 13, 2026. He succeeds Rob Nugent, who is leaving the company to devote more time to his family.

For more than 40 years, RJG has specialized in training, process optimization, and technology and consulting solutions for injection molding, helping plastics processors improve productivity, quality, and process efficiency. With this leadership transition, the company aims to continue its growth strategy and further expand its activities in injection molding technology, autonomous molding, AI-driven manufacturing solutions, and product development.

Rautiola brings extensive experience leading global industrial businesses. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Milacron, where he oversaw sales and aftermarket operations across North America, South America, and Europe. Previously, he was General Manager of Milacron’s injection molding business for these regions, with responsibility for product management, machine sales, and manufacturing. Earlier in his career, he held positions in corporate development, manufacturing, and product strategy. Rautiola holds an Executive MBA in Global Leadership from the University of Houston and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

With Rautiola’s appointment, RJG intends to further strengthen its position as a provider of technology, training, and consulting services for the injection molding industry. The company will focus on expanding its technology portfolio and deepening collaboration with customers and partners across the plastics industry.
