Argentine machinery manufacturer Auting is presenting an automated high-speed assembly machine for plastic components at Fakuma 2026. The system integrates part feeding, orientation and positioning with assembly, post-assembly inspection and part discharge. This enables multiple process steps to be performed within a single machine. The modular machine design can be adapted to different part geometries, production rates and process requirements. Depending on the application, various assembly operations as well as custom-designed part feeding and handling systems can be integrated. Servo-controlled motion and coordinated process control are designed to achieve short cycle times and high repeatability. The new machine is intended for applications requiring automated assembly and inspection of plastic components in high-volume production. Specific data on cycle rates, cycle times and throughput, as well as details of the inspection methods employed, have not been disclosed for the machine presented. Auting's product portfolio also includes automation solutions for part feeding, part handling, machine vision and packaging processes.
