The Austrian Haidlmair Group has acquired a 75% stake in Euro Stampi S.r.l., based in Jesi near Ancona, Italy. The remaining 25% will continue to be held by the five existing owner families, each retaining a 5% stake. The acquisition was announced on 12 October 2026 at Fakuma 2026.
