Adval Tech and Mould Technologies Holding consider close Cooperation

Adval Tech Holding Ltd and Mould Technologies Holding (MTH) are exploring the possibility of strategic cooperation in the field of injection molds. MTH is an industrial group which has been built up since 2008 around Swiss moldmaker SCHÖTTLI AG by its principal investor CGS Management. Advert Both Adval Tech and MTH supply high-performance injection molds, have a global presence and operate their own manufacturing facilities in the major sales markets.
The product portfolio and technologies of the two industrial groups are complementary. Based on the good cooperative relationship between Adval Tech and MTH in a number of global projects, the two groups aim to explore the possibilities of closer strategic cooperation in the months to come.
