Dow Europe: Price Increases for Polyethylene Resins, PS, ABS, SAN and EPS Grades
|
Dow Europe GmbH is announcing a price increase for polyethylene (PE) resins across the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian regions. Effective April 1, 2010, or as contract terms allow, Dow Europe GmbH will increase prices for all grades of its lowdensity polyethylene (LDPE), resins by 80 Euros per metric ton. The prices for all linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins will be increased by 60 Euros per metric ton. Dow Europe GmbH is also announcing a price increase across the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian regions for all its plastomers and elastomers products. Effective April 1, 2010, or as contract terms allow, Dow Europe GmbH will implement a price increase for AFFINITY™, VERSIFY™, PRIMACOR™, AMPLIFY™, INFUSE™, NORDEL™, ENGAGE™ and TYRIN™ by 100 Euro per metric ton.
