Plasma surface treatment of powder materials
|
A Czech company has developed a technology for plasma surface treatment of powder materials using low pressure plasma processes. The treatment enhances surface energy of particles and so increases wettability and adhesion properties of the particles. The Process is particularly suitable for polyolefins or other polymers in the form of additives, fillers or powders for rotational moulding.
