Momentive: Price increases for Base Epoxy Resin products in Europe, the Middle East and Africa Region

Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. (“Momentive Specialty Chemicals” or the “Company”) recently announced that it will increase the prices for Base Epoxy Resin products, in the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region by 90 euros per metric ton. The new pricing becomes effective Feb. 1, 2014, or as contracts allow. Advert The pricing adjustment is driven by increases in the cost of key raw materials, including benzene, propylene and acetone.
