Kautex Maschinenbau: Equipment solution for highly transparent packaging bottles

Highly transparent packaging solutions made of polypropylene (PP) for applications in the cosmetics and food & beverages industries have become extremely popular (Photo). Yet it takes the right blow molding equipment to produce an unclouded result. At the Chinaplas exhibition, Kautex Maschinenbau (www.kautex-group.com) will for the first time present its revised KCC 10 D blow molder, which is especially designed for the economical and energy-efficient production of clear packaging bottles of a superb quality.

Universal use
Designed as a double-station machine, the KCC 10 D is a true all-rounder among the shuttle blow molding machines. Up to fourteen (2x7 cavities) bottles of 50 ml capacity or up to two (2x1 cavity) 5-liter cans can be produced in a single blowing process. The optimized quick-change procedure allows a fast change of material and/or product. Apart from transparent polypropylene, nearly all common materials can be processed on this machine. For added flexibility, it can be easily changed over from single-layer to multi-layer production if desired.

Kautex at the Chinaplas
Kautex Maschinenbau, a global leader in extrusion blow molding, will present its wide range of products at the Chinaplas in Guangzhou from May 18 to May 21, 2009. At stand A21 in hall 5.1, interested visitors from the industry will also be able to observe the KCC 10 D in operation.
