Tokarz: Recycling of plastic waste with the use of catalytic process

T-Technology® is a fully economical and ecological recycling technology, that converts plastic (polyethylene, polypropylene and also plastic of special-purpose) waste into a high-quality component of liquid fuels or, optionally, into an oil fraction of this component.

Apart from recovery of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) waste, this technology enables the recovery of special-purpose plastic waste. Thanks to the solutions applied, the presented processing line is able to accept up to 25% of plastic waste additions (apart from PE and PP) in the total mass of the charge. The installation can be used for recovery of various waste polyolefin packaging on a large scale, and also: e-waste or car-waste, waste from packaging made of special-purpose plastics (for example, multi-layer or aluminium sprayed plastics).Thanks to use of the advanced technology of reactor’s operation and adaptation of peripheral devices, it enables recovery of very dirty, mixed plastics of variable quality.

Two modules of the installation allow processing from 360 to 450 tons of plastic waste a month. The whole process in 1 module requires only the energy generated by 20 litres of fuel oil per hour and 30kW/h of electricity.
