Trinseo: Price Decrease for Polystyrene in Europe

Trinseo and its affiliate companies in Europe announced today price decrease for all polystyrene (PS) grades. Effective April 3, 2017, or as existing contract terms allow, the contract and spot prices for the product listed below will decrease as follows:

  • "Styron" general purpose polystyrene grades (GPPS) by 190 Euro per metric ton
  • "Styron" and "Styron A-Tech" high impact polystyrene grades (HIPS) by 190 Euro per metric ton
