Technology of thermo bonding film technology for mobile devices

A Korean SME is looking for a thermo bonding film of either thermoset or thermoplastic which can be used in mobile devices. The technology/solution should satisfy certain thickness, applied temperature, applied time, and regulations, such as ´hallogen free´ and ´RoHS´ (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
