Heat-conducting diamond-based composites

A company from Saint Petersburg, specialized in development of technological processes of manufacturing of composite materials with special properties, developed a composite material with a high heat conductivity. Addition of synthetic diamonds allowed to obtain the material with specific thermal conductivity 1.4 times higher than that of copper. Developers seek partners for technical cooperation and commercial agreements with technical assistance.
