Long-stroke reciprocating tribometer
|
A Spanish technological centre has developed a long-stroke reciprocating tribometer for the friction and wear characterization of different materials. This tribometer offers great flexibility in terms of the tribo-pairs to be tested, with special features specially designed for polymers. This new design solves the thermal degradation problems of lab tribometers in reciprocating mode due to stroke limitations.
