Printed microfluidic valves for diagnostic chips

A Swedish university spin-off SME has developed a technology for printing microfluidic valves on substrates like paper or plastic foils. The technology utilizes novel printing inks in conventional printing equipment, in order to achieve low cost fluid flow control systems. It is applicable in areas such as disposable microfluidic platforms and highly functional microfluidic chips.
The SME is looking for all kinds of collaboration agreements with partners within microfluidics and diagnostics.
