DuPont: Price increase for “Zytel” polyamide
|
Effective Feb. 15, 2017, or as soon as contracts allow, DuPont Performance Materials will increase prices for all “DuPont Zytel” polymers and compounds by the equivalent of 300 US Dollars per metric ton. Advert This will be applied globally and higher increases may be required for some specialty grades. This price increase is needed as a result of rapidly rising costs of certain key raw materials, says the company.
