Trinseo: Price Increase for Polystyrene, ABS and SAN in Europe

Trinseo, a specialty material solutions provider, and its affiliate companies in Europe announced today a price increase for all polystyrene (PS), ABS, and SAN grades. Effective Dec 1, 2025, or depending on existing contract terms, the prices for the products listed below will increase as follows:

  • "Styron" and "Styron X-Tech" general purpose polystyrene grades (GPPS) by 30 Euro per metric ton
  • "Styron" and "Styron A-Tech", "Styron C-Tech" and "Styron X-Tech" high impact polystyrene grades (HIPS) by 30 Euro per metric ton
  • "Magnum" ABS resins by 20 Euro per metric ton
  • "Tyril" SAN resins by 30 Euro per metric ton
