Simona restructures its Management Board
|
SIMONA AG will be restructuring its Management Board for economic reasons. The company’s Supervisory Board has decided not to extend the contract with Jochen Feldmann, which is scheduled to end on 31 December 2010. Feldmann was the Management Board member responsible for Controlling, Accounting, Purchasing, IT/Organisation and Quality Management. Advert The areas previously directed by Feldmann will be covered with immediate effect by Wolfgang Moyses, CEO of SIMONA AG.
