Evonik expands methacrylic acid capacities in China
|
Evonik Industries, one of the world´s leading providers of methacrylate chemicals, has expanded its production at the new site in Shanghai, China, to 25,000 metric tons as part of overhauling its methacrylic acid production. The expanded facility will become operational in May and will provide additional quantities of GMAA to meet growing demand. Advert Evonik Industries produces and markets MMA, GMAA, n- and i-BMA, hydroxy methacrylates, and other specialty methacrylates under the umbrella trademark VISIOMER®.
