Balda: Ending of the commitment in India

Balda AG, listed in the SDax segment on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has sold its direct and indirect shareholdings in Balda Motherson Solution Ltd. amounting to 60 percent to Motherson Sumi Systems Limited.
