Pallmann: Innovation price for palltruder

During the Process Vrac-exhibition 2005 in Nantes (France), Pallmann Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG (www.pallmann.de) won first place for innovation in the category „Processes“ for its Palltruder® (picture) used for the production of wood-plastic composites.

The Palltruder® economically produces granules from wood flour and plastic granules, so-called Pallwood®. Increased product quality, higher throughput rate and a large processing width distinguish this technology. The granules so-achieved can be further processed in additional production steps such as extrusion, injection-moulding and pressing i.e. P-Fix®, etc. into high quality end products such as sheets, profiles or roto-moulded parts.
