profine: Manufacturer of PVC-U profiles tightens up management

profine GmbH, a leading manufacturer of PVC-U profiles for windows and doors, is tightening up its management. The management board will be reduced from five to three members. The decision was passed by the company´s supervisory board. Achim Judt and Albrecht P Lange are leaving the company following mutual agreement.

CEO Frank Pohl will be additionally assuming the responsibilities of Albrecht P Lange with immediate effect. He will therefore be responsible for sales, marketing, and R&D as well. Gerhard Schwager, as Chief Operation Officer (COO), will be assuming the production and quality divisions that were previously the responsibility of Achim Judt, in addition to the supply chain management and also with immediate effect. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for finances, controlling, IT and legal matters, Gerhard Bickmann will additionally be assuming personnel responsibilities.
