Basell to increase PP and PE prices in Europe
|
Basell (www.basell.com) announced today that it will increase prices by 200 Euro per tonne on all polypropylene grades and 230 Euro per tonne on all polyethylene grades sold in Europe effective October 1. “Sharp increases in crude oil and monomer prices, which are placing margins under enormous pressure, have necessitated these price increases,” said Werner Breuers, president of Basell Polyolefins Europe. |
