Lanxess: Price increases for PA 6 and PA 6.6
|
Specialty chemicals company Lanxess further increases the prices for its Durethan (PA 6, PA 6.6) compounds in Europe, Middle East and Africa with effect from March 1, 2017. The adjustment is resulting from the continuing pressure on the raw material cost base. The price increase amounts to 0,25 Euro/kg for Durethan A (polyamide 6.6) and 0,20 Euro/kg for Durethan B (polyamide 6). Advert Lanxess ’s engineering plastics of the brand Durethan are mainly used for applications in the automotive industry plus the electrical/electronics industry.
