SABIC Europe: Strengthening of polymers sales organization

In addition to its existing strong local sales office network, SABIC Europe (www.sabic.com, www.sabic-europe.com) has established a dedicated organization to act as a single interface with international and selected large polymers customers. Based in SABIC Europe’s Head Office in Sittard, The Netherlands, ‘International Accounts’ became operational as of 1st January 2007.

“The objective of this initiative is to meet increasingly demanding customer needs by adapting our polymers sales force structure and capabilities, ensuring that both our local and international customers continue to receive the best sales service in the market,” explains Koos van Haasteren, Managing Director SABIC Europe Polymers.

“We have built up highly-valued, long-term relationships with our local customers over the years, and the strengthening of our polymers sales organization will enable our local sales teams to dedicate even more time and attention to their needs,” adds Hubert Guth, Director Sales Offices SABIC Europe. “As for our international and large national customers, ‘International Accounts’ will provide them with a single point of contact Europe-wide, ensuring continued optimal levels of service and logistical support.”
