The live webinar will take place on the 23rd of March 2020 between 11.30 - 12.30 CET and will introduce the UPSKILL project, focusing on tackling the skills shortage and skills gap in Europe. About ‘Upskill’ approach The aim of the project is to enhance the capability of European VET systems to respond to the plastics sector-specific labor market needs by designing, piloting and implementing an innovative vocational training programme for plastics machine operators with specific emphasis on digital skills to work with robotics and other smart manufacturing technologies, as well as green skills and entrepreneurial competencies.
