Trinseo: Price Decrease for Polystyrene in Europe

Trinseo, a global materials company and manufacturer of plastics, latex binders and synthetic rubber, and its affiliate companies in Europe announced today a price decrease for all polystyrene (PS). Effective April 1, 2020, or as existing contract terms allow, the contract and spot prices for the products listed below will decrease as follows:

"Styron" general purpose polystyrene grades (GPPS) by 180 Euro per metric ton
"Styron" and "Styron A-Tech", "Styron C-Tech" and "Styron X-Tech" high impact polystyrene grades (HIPS) by 180 Euro per metric ton
