Trinseo: Price Increase for Polystyrene in Europe

Trinseo and its affiliate companies in Europe announced today price increases for all polystyrene (PS). Effective May 1, 2020, or as existing contract terms allow, the contract and spot prices for the products listed below will increase as follows:

  • "Styron" General Purpose Polystyrene Grades (GPPS) by 10 Euro per metric ton
  • "Styron", "Styron A-Tech", "Styron C-Tech" and "Styron X-Tech" high impact polystyrene grades (HIPS) by 10 Euro per metric ton
