APK: Changes in the Management Board - Klaus Wohnig resigns as CEO - Dr. Robert Marx new CTO
 Dr. Robert Marx - (Photo: APK). Dr. Robert Marx, who previously worked for Clariant AG, will take responsibility for R&D, operations und project development. Susanne Küppers, CFO and member of the Management Board of APK AG, will take over on an interim basis the responsibilities of Klaus Wohnig. Advert “I deeply regret that there is no alternative course of action for me at the moment. But in the current exciting phase of expansion the company needs a management board that can give the company with its full focus and energy. I am handing over a company that is very well prepared for this, and in Susanne Küppers and Dr. Robert Marx we have a very competent management duo who will successfully implement the company's goals. I wish them every success and will stay connected to the company”, Klaus Wohnig commented.
