The Austrian packaging manufacturer Rattpack has strengthened its position with the takeover of the industry company Giko Verpackungen.
In a recent press release, Rattpack announced the successful integration of Giko into the group of companies without going into the financial volume and further details of the takeover.
Giko is headquartered in Weiler in the western Austrian state of Vorarlberg and has a second production site in Diepoldsau in the neighbouring Swiss canton of St. Gallen.
