Following the signing of the purchase agreement on 6 February 2024, the sale of Netstal Maschinen AG to Krones AG was successfully completed on 28 March 2024. Advert In addition to Netstal Maschinen AG based in Näfels, Netstal Deutschland GmbH, a sales and service subsidiary based in Stuttgart, eleven other sales and service units in the USA, South America, Europe and Asia as well as the more than 500 Netstal employees worldwide now belong to Krones AG.
