Hasco: Markus Büngers Appointed New CEO

As of January 1, 2026, Markus Büngers has assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hasco Hasenclever GmbH + Co. KG. He succeeds Christoph Ehrlich, who left the company in the summer of 2025. During the subsequent transition period, Thomas Karazmann led Hasco on an interim basis and was responsible for ensuring strategic continuity and operational stability.

Prior to his appointment, Markus Büngers served as Executive Vice President Finance & Administration. In this role, he was deeply involved in strategic and operational matters across all areas of the company and contributed to Hasco’s global development. His appointment as CEO reflects his many years with the company, his thorough knowledge of internal structures, and his international management experience gained in previous roles within industrial companies.

Thomas Karazmann views Büngers as a consistent continuation of the company’s leadership and emphasizes his strategic expertise and leadership experience. The change at the top of the company is intended to support long-term and stable development.
