The third edition of RePlast Eurasia will take place from March 26 to 28, 2026, at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul, Turkey. The trade fair, accompanied by a conference, focuses on recycling technologies as well as raw materials for plastics and fibers and will spotlight the revised EU Waste Shipment Regulation (WSR). The updated WSR significantly restricts waste exports from the EU to non-OECD countries, thereby reshaping international recycling flows. Against this backdrop, Turkey is gaining importance as an OECD member with a well-developed recycling infrastructure and close geographical proximity to the EU. The event positions itself as a platform for stakeholders along the entire value chain, including manufacturers of recycling technologies, plastics and fiber recyclers, raw material and compound producers, and waste management companies. In 2026, special emphasis will be placed on fiber and textile recycling in the context of European circular economy policy. The event is organized by the Pagev Green Transition & Technology Association (PAGÇEV), founded by members of the Turkish plastics association Pagev. According to its own statements, Pagev represents more than 1,050 companies in the sector and is engaged in vocational training, research, and extended producer responsibility (EPR) systems, among other activities.
