Bericap: Acquisition of Ireland’s Embankment Plastics

Embankment Plastics is intended to serve as a starting point for the further expansion of business in Ireland. The plan is to combine Bericap’s existing portfolio of plastic and aluminium closures with local market opportunities. The focus will be on applications for the beverage, food, spirits, and chemical industries.
In the future, the company will operate under the name Bericap Ireland as a subsidiary of Bericap UK. This is intended to enable the use of shared resources while maintaining local management.
