Chemtura raises prices on polypropylene-based coupling agents and impact modifiers

Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CEM, www.chemtura.com) is announcing a worldwide off list price increase of $0.44/kg for polypropylene based Polymer Modifiers (POLYBOND® 1001/1002/3000/3002/3150/3200), and Royaltuf® 485 and 498, effective March 1, 2008, or where contracts allow. Continued cost escalation for polypropylene resin and energy has made these increases necessary. |
