The Finish mobile phone manufacturer Nokia (www.nokia.de) has launched a new concept for the production of a “green” mobile phone called “Remade” (picture), which is made solely from recycled materials. Metal from aluminium cans, plastics from drinking bottles and rubber from scrap tires are used. The intention is to show that a mobile phone can be made solely from recycled materials. However, the introduced model is not intended for mass production, but to gain new ideas in connection with environmental-friendly materials and technologies. |
