Klöckner Pentaplast has appointed Michael Zacka as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective June 22, 2026. Zacka is a member of the Board of Directors and succeeds Roberto Villaquiran, who is retiring after 42 years in the packaging industry. The search for a permanent CEO successor has been initiated. Zacka has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the consumer goods, packaging and industrial sectors. Most recently, he served as President EMEA and Asia Pacific at Amcor, where he was responsible for a business with revenue of more than €5 billion across over 30 countries.
