Grässlin: Partnership with Dipromat Expands Portfolio of High-Performance Engineering Plastics

Grässlin Kunststoffe has expanded its portfolio through a distribution partnership with Dipromat GmbH. Effective immediately, the company will distribute the German manufacturer's high-performance TPEs and engineering ETP plastics. Dipromat specializes in the development and production of high-performance thermoplastics.

Through the partnership, Grässlin is adding materials that combine the properties of rigid and flexible polymers to its product range. These materials are designed for applications where standard plastics reach their performance limits, while the use of ultra-high-temperature-resistant plastics is neither technically nor economically necessary. The portfolio includes high-performance engineering thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers, and customized compounds for injection molding, extrusion, and additive manufacturing.

According to Grässlin, the partnership is intended to support the development of new applications and provide customers with greater flexibility in the supply of high-performance materials. The expanded supply capabilities are also expected to improve market availability and shorten supply chains.

Dipromat sees the cooperation as an opportunity to strengthen its market presence through Grässlin's sales and application expertise. Customers will gain access to additional material solutions as well as expanded possibilities for multi-component applications combining rigid and flexible polymers.
