Trinseo: Price Increase for Polystyrene, ABS, and SAN in Europe

Trinseo, a specialty material solutions provider, and its affiliate companies in Europe recently announced a price increase for all polystyrene (PS), ABS, and SAN grades. Effective August 1, 2026, or depending on existing contract terms, the prices for the products listed below will increase as follows:

  • "Styron" polystyrene resins by 170 Euro per metric ton
  • "Magnum" ABS resins by 110 Euro per metric ton
  • "Tyril" SAN resins by 120 Euro per metric ton
