Fanuc will present a range of new solutions for all-electric injection molding, automation and digital manufacturing at Fakuma 2026. Highlights of the company’s exhibit will include the new “Roboshot S180C” and “Roboshot S350C” injection molding machines, as well as applications combining collaborative robotics with generative AI.The new “Roboshot S180C” will be demonstrated in a technical molding application featuring cavity pressure monitoring and simulation-based hot runner balancing. Intelligent process control is designed to enhance process stability and part quality while helping to reduce scrap. Fanuc will also showcase the new “Roboshot S350C” in a fully automated production cell manufacturing components for medical packaging. The system combines all-electric injection molding with robotic handling and compact carton packaging, highlighting the precision and productivity that can be achieved with integrated automation. Generative AI in robotics will be another key focus of Fanuc’s Fakuma presence. On a CRX-series collaborative robot, the company will demonstrate voice-controlled operation. Spoken commands are processed using generative AI, with the aim of making robot programming more intuitive and accessible. Fanuc will also present its digital manufacturing ecosystem, including “Linki2”, MES connectivity, Euromap interfaces, WebAPI applications and AI-based tools. These technologies are intended to connect machine, process and production data more closely, enabling manufacturers to use that information more effectively for process optimization and production decision-making.
