Molecor Opens New Plastic Pipe Plant in Turkey

Spanish plastic piping systems manufacturer Molecor opened a new production plant in Alaşehir, Manisa Province, Turkey, on 22 October 2026. The new site expands the company’s international manufacturing network and is intended to strengthen its supply capabilities in the Turkish market.

Production for pressurised water applications
The facility, operating as Molecor Türkiye, will manufacture solutions for the transport of pressurised water. According to the company, the plant brings production and technology closer to customers in Turkey and supports regional supply.

Molecor develops plastic piping systems for infrastructure, drainage and building applications, including products based on oriented PVC (PVC-O).

The company did not provide information on the investment volume, production capacity, workforce or the specific product lines to be manufactured at the site.

Site in Alaşehir
The plant is located in Alaşehir in western Turkey. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of Turkish institutions as well as customers, partners and professionals from the water and infrastructure sectors.

The new facility forms part of Molecor’s international expansion and is aimed in particular at supporting the company’s activities in the Turkish market.
